Bob Hull, Vice President It all started with an ill-advised effort to ride a Honda ATC at age 16. Thirty seconds after my initial go at it, I slammed into a tree and broke my hip. Ouch! Still, as a teenager I needed money, i.e. a job. One where I did not need have to stand up or walk around.
I took a job as a market research telephone interviewer. Yep, I called people and did surveys. I’ve been involved with marketing research in some capacity pretty much ever since.
There were some efforts to shake loose from this path – including a couple of invaluable years heading up sales and client services at a data mining boutique – but I ended up back at TRC doing what I do best and enjoy most. Namely, I use research and analytics to provide answers to business questions, answers that can have a profound impact on my clients’ businesses. There’s nothing more satisfying than working through an engagement and seeing the light bulbs go off as we discuss the implications of what we’ve learned, and how these insights can be applied. Life is good. I currently live in Collegeville, PA with my wife (Kimber) and 3 boys (Ryan, Gunnar and Otto). I spend my “spare” time coaching my boys’ sports teams and involving myself in their other interests. I’m also active in my church, serving on the board as Treasurer and Vice President. The only things missing are championships for my beloved Flyers and Eagles…OK, I’ll settle for “or” at this point.
